Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Though many consider it to be "gym yoga," this style of practice was originally closely modeled on the Ashtanga method.

Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.

Beginner Yoga

Fridays 10am

Beginner Yoga classes are a great introduction for first timers or those that are still working on improving flexibility. Blocks are used to assist with the poses to move through a cycle that can be utilized by all levels. Mats and blocks are available at the gym.

Ricky James is a certified yoga instructor and offers various level classes to address the needs of a diverse clientele. Ricky is a strong believer that the power of yoga lies in its ability to heal and unlock the therapeutic energies within the body.
